swc4 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between swc4 and every person who accesses or uses the swc4 website, mobile application, or any related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all areas of the platform — sports betting, live casino, Fish Games, slots, eBingo, and any other product category currently available or added in the future. They are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access swc4 on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their authority to bind them to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use swc4, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. swc4 does not permit access to players under 21.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on swc4. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must provide a valid, functioning email address and accurate personal information during registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed. This may include a government-issued ID and proof of address.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share account credentials with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account names must match the verified identity on file. We do not allow accounts registered under another person's name.

swc4 uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect account security. However, players bear responsibility for maintaining the security of their login credentials on their end.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on swc4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). swc4 supports Philippine e-wallets and online/mobile banking options. Acceptable payment methods are those listed within your account dashboard — this may include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in your account section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification.
• Processing times may vary. VIP members at higher tiers generally receive faster withdrawal processing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

swc4 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any transaction that triggers our internal risk or anti-money laundering checks. Failure to provide such documentation may result in a hold on withdrawals until the review is complete.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules for each game category — including sports betting, live casino, Fish Games, slots, and eBingo — are available within the relevant section of the swc4 platform. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or reverse a placed bet after it has been accepted.
• swc4 reserves the right to void bets placed due to obvious pricing errors or technical faults.
• Maximum payout limits apply and are stated within the relevant game or betting market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the platform's records are considered definitive unless a clear error is demonstrated.
• Game availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

For live sports betting — including PBA basketball, international football, boxing, volleyball, and esports — in-play rules are detailed in the Sports section of the platform. swc4 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side during live betting.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

swc4 runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion is governed by its own individual terms, which are displayed alongside the offer within your account.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Players may only claim each promotion once per account, household, or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• swc4 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

VIP program benefits, including tier-specific cashback and exclusive bonuses, are governed separately by the VIP program terms available on the VIP page. General bonus terms do not override VIP arrangements.

7 Responsible Gaming

swc4 reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of prohibited conduct. All decisions made by swc4 regarding account suspensions or forfeitures are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

Your continued use of swc4 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
